Methods of Transaction
Products are sold to holders of a business VAT number – B2B.
Prices are subject to discounts or individual agreements depending on the demand or order.
The terms governing each transaction are expressly agreed in writing by a Pro-forma Invoice – Quotation and precede each order and shipment. The agreement and every detail of the transaction is confirmed in writing by email atinfo@argynet.gr and the request formhttps://argynet.gr/prosfora/ with the customer's – buyer's acceptance of the terms.
ARGYNET Innovative Building Materials operates mainly in Greece and works with the largest building-material manufacturers; the description of delivery methods concerns its areas of operation.
Shipping of Products
Important Note: If the place of delivery is abroad, the order is made by agreement and arrangement with the buyer.
The prices shown do not include the cost of transport to the customer's project address. Depending on the type of products, quantity and distance, the transport cost is calculated and added to the value of the products or to a separate field of the pro-forma invoice, before the order is completed.
Products for which the ordering process has been completed and which have been paid for according to the agreement can be collected in the following ways:
1. Collection from the producer's physical store or warehouse
In this case, we will first contact you by phone or email to confirm that the order is ready.
Opening hours of the physical store:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
2. Delivery to the customer's address within the Attica prefecture
- • Delivery takes place within three working days
- • Building products are heavy and bulky and are delivered kerbside
- • Lifting products to an upper floor is not possible

3. The customer's address is outside the Attica prefecture
- • Products are delivered to a freight agency of the customer's choice in Attica
- • Delivery takes place within five working days
- • The transport cost from the agency to the customer's site is agreed and paid by the customer directly to the agency

In case of delay
If any product in the order is not immediately available in the suppliers' warehouse, resulting in a delivery delay beyond the time stated above, the customer is informed immediately. They may choose to have the order delivered at the new expected delivery time or cancel it at no charge.
