Synthetic membranes

Polymer plastic membranes are materials with very strong elastic properties; however, they require a very good understanding of their behaviour on the part of the person applying them. They undergo significant dimensional changes throughout the day; consequently, if certain details are not scrupulously observed during their installation, the system can easily fail within a very short space of time. For this reason, they must not be installed by contractor crews with little experience, but only by contractor crews of specialist technicians.
