It is a liquid superplasticiser, plasticiser, waterproofing agent and water-reducing agent for the production of rheoplastic concrete and mortars. It is chlorine-free and contains melamine and formaldehyde. In accordance with the specifications DIN PA VII 1/874 and ASTM C-494 types B, D and G, it acts as an accelerator, whilst also possessing retarding properties in accordance with UNI 7102, 7104-72 and 8145 DI. TECNOS 95 consists of synthetic polymers that impart rheoplastic properties to the concrete.

- Reduces water demand by 20–30 per cent whilst simultaneously increasing workability
- Improves the properties of fresh and hardened concrete
- It waterproofs the concrete.
- It facilitates pumping through transport pumps (concrete pumpability).
- Produces smooth surfaces on precast elements, prestressed concrete, exposed concrete, etc.
