Stone wool insulation

Description

FIBRANgeo INCLINE rigid stone wool boards with woven fibres and a factory-applied slope are a natural, inorganic, fibrous mineral wool thermal insulation material in accordance with EN 13162, designed for the rapid creation of drainage slopes on flat roofs. They are manufactured from FIBRANgeo BP-50 in specific dimensions depending on the desired slope of each flat roof, and each project is accompanied by its own panel installation plan.

ARGYNET LAB: INCLINE solves the problem of drainage gradients on flat roofs without the need for screed slopes: factory-cut conical stone wool slabs (BP-50 grade) create the slope whilst simultaneously providing non-combustible (A1) thermal insulation, with a significantly lower dead weight than concrete slopes. Each flat roof is designed individually and supplied with a layout plan showing the position of each slab. At ARGYNET, we collaborate on the design of slopes and on ordering on a project-by-project basis.

Overview

Key Features

- Quick and easy creation of flat roof drainage slopes

- Non-combustible material — reaction to fire class A1 (EN 13501-1) with high fire resistance

- Manufactured from FIBRANgeo BP-50 — high load-bearing capacity (see base)

- Excellent thermal insulation — declared λD = 0.037 W/(mK)

- Lighter solution than gravel concrete slopes

- Project-specific installation plan — clean, controlled application

- Excellent dimensional stability; water-repellent & non-hygroscopic

- Fibre softening point > 1000 °C; natural, recyclable (EUCEB)
