Thermal insulation materials
Thermal insulation materials are materials that trap air to reduce heat transfer, and include organic materials such as expanded and extruded polystyrene (EPS and XPS respectively), and inorganic materials such as stone wool and glass wool. Other thermal insulation materials include fluid-applied materials, thermal insulation boards, heat-reflective membranes and lightweight concrete.
