KNAUF ULTRACOUSTIC | Mineral wool roll

Knauf Insulation’s Ultracoustic is a specially designed roll of mineral wool featuring ECOSE® Technology, offering high acoustic performance. It is intended for sound insulation, thermal insulation and fire protection in dry construction elements — partitions, suspended ceilings and raised floors — in residential and commercial premises.

Ultracoustic on a roll is the ‘continuous’ version of acoustic mineral wool: it quickly covers large areas of suspended ceilings or raised floors with minimal joints. It shares the same acoustic profile as Ultracoustic P panels (λ=0.037, AFr>5) — the choice between roll or panel depends on the geometry of the application. Certified acoustic performance measurements are available to architects, acousticians and specifiers via the technical department.
