KNAUF UNIFLOTT | Moisture-resistant joint filler

Joint treatment materials

Description

The moisture-resistant version of Knauf’s strongest jointing compound. It combines the high strength and low shrinkage of Uniflott with moisture resistance, for jointing moisture-resistant plasterboard in bathrooms, kitchens and damp areas.

Knauf Uniflott Moisture-Resistant (Impregnated) is a bagged, gypsum-based jointing compound with added moisture resistance. It offers high joint strength, low shrinkage and rapid strength development. It is applied by hand to moisture-resistant plasterboards; the use of joint tape is recommended on cut edges (mitres).

Matching the joint compound to the board:

Rule: moisture-resistant board → moisture-resistant filler. In damp areas, do not use standard jointing material on moisture-resistant plasterboard — this compromises the protection of the joints.

- Uniflott Moisture-Resistant → joints in moisture-resistant boards (Type H2, DFH2) in damp areas.

- Uniflott (standard) → dry areas, high strength without tape.

- Fugenfüller Leicht → economical, with tape.

- Super Finish / Fill & Finish / F2F → ready-to-use finishing compounds.
