SINROC 42 SL Flooring – Self-levelling compound polyurethane flooring

SINROC 42 SL Flooring is a solvent-free, odourless, self-levelling polyurethane coating. It consists of a two-component polyurethane resin and quartz sand as a third component. Unlike epoxy, it remains permanently elastic (Shore D 60). It bridges cracks wider than 2.5 mm (Class A5 according to EN 1062-7), withstands vibrations and thermal shock up to +150 °C, and is softer underfoot, producing less impact noise. It bears dual CE marking, in accordance with EN 1504-2 and EN 13813 SR-B2,0-AR2-IR4, and has a fire safety classification of Bfl-s1.

We recommend it where an epoxy floor would crack or be too hard. On slabs with cracks or vibrations, such as mezzanine floors, metal mezzanines and areas with machinery. In areas subject to significant temperature fluctuations, such as kitchens, hot-water washing areas and cold stores. And in high-traffic areas, such as schools, offices, exhibition halls and shops, where walking comfort and low noise levels are important. It can withstand operating temperatures from −25 to +85 °C. As its surface discolours in sunlight, it must always be sealed with SINMAST RM 42 aliphatic polyurethane paint wherever there is natural light.
