SINROC 22 Flooring | Self-levelling compound epoxy flooring 1–2 & 3–4 mm

SINROC 22 Flooring is a three-component, solvent-free, self-levelling compound of epoxy resin: pure epoxy resin (A+B) and graded quartz sand (C), supplied ready-mixed in a bag with each kit. It is applied to a thickness of 1–2 mm or 3–4 mm and forms a uniform, glossy, joint-free floor with a compressive strength of over 63 N/mm² and a Shore D hardness of 83. It bears the CE mark in accordance with ELOT EN 1504-2, with Class III impact resistance. It also meets the requirements for abattoirs and dairy facilities in accordance with DIN 54,251 and DIN 68,861.

It is the ‘standard’ epoxy floor, the next step beyond epoxy paint. A 300–450 μm coating can withstand foot traffic and vehicles. However, when forklifts, pallet trucks and wheeled vehicles carrying point loads are in use, greater thickness is required. A thickness of 1–2 mm is suitable for shops, showrooms, garages and light industry. The 3–4 mm thickness is for logistics warehouses, loading bays, contractor crews, depots and sheds. As it self-levelling, it conceals minor imperfections in the concrete that a coat of paint would highlight. Where slip resistance is required, it is finished by sprinkling quartz sand and applying a sealing coat.
