CERESIT CR 90 Crystaliser | Crystalline waterproofing mortar

Cementitious waterproofing mortars

Description

CERESIT CR 90 Crystaliser works in two ways simultaneously: it forms a waterproofing layer on the surface and, as the product works, develops crystals within the pores of the substrate. The crystals gradually seal off the capillary pathways and halt the transfer of water in both directions.

The second mechanism ensures the system’s reliability: if the layer is locally damaged or a static crack appears, crystallisation continues to provide protection — and seals capillary cracks up to 0.4 mm. Below are the pressure limits, which are not the same for both sides, and the conditions governing its application.

It works in two ways: forming a layer on the surface and with crystals within the pores. This is why it seals cracks up to 0.4 mm — something that VANDEX SUPER does not claim. Note, however, the limits: 15 m positive pressure, only 5 m negative.
