CERESIT CT 174 | Silicone-based – Silicate rendering

Ceresit CT 174 is a decorative render that combines the advantages of silicate and silicone-based renders in a single product: high water vapour permeability, very low water absorption and excellent resistance to soiling, thanks to Double Dry technology. It is water-repellent, resistant to wear and tear and weather conditions, with a BioProtect formula that combats fungi, algae and mould. It forms the core of the Ceresit Ceretherm Aquastatic system.

ARGYNET LAB: Within the full range of Ceretherm finishing coatings, CT 174 stands out as the ‘flagship’ product — alongside the basic acrylic CT 60, it is the only one with full ETA certification across all 9 Ceretherm systems (Popular, Classic, Premium, Impactum, Wool Classic, Wool Premium, Universal EPS/XPS/MW). This sets it apart from the more specialised CT 76 (Solar Protect, only 5 systems) — the CT 174 works anywhere, without any system restrictions. At the same time, it offers the highest level of technical performance in terms of water repellency and resistance to soiling. At ARGYNET, we recommend it as the premium choice when the customer wants the best possible result without compromising on system compatibility.
