FIBRANgeo BP ETICSplus | Stone wool for External Thermal Insulation

The FIBRANgeo BP-ETICSplus stone wool board (1000 × 600 mm) features woven fibres and is specially designed for External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS / external wall insulation). A natural inorganic fibrous mineral wool material in accordance with EN 13162, with ETA (ETAG 004), combining improved thermal performance (λD = 0.034 W/mK), A1 fire resistance rating, mechanical strength suitable for external wall insulation and excellent workability.

ARGYNET LAB framing: Both thermal external wall insulation boards in the range feature woven fibres; the BP-ETICSplus emphasises thermal performance, with a lower λD (0.034 compared to 0.035 for the BP-ETICS) — that is, a better U-value per thickness. In return, it has lower mechanical strengths (CS(10) ≥20, TR ≥7.5, without PL): where higher adhesion/point load strengths are required, BP-ETICS is preferred. It holds an ETA and creates a non-combustible A1 zone on the façade. It is complemented by special FIBRANgeo CAPs (Ø68 × 15 mm) to cover anchors, ensuring external wall insulation free from thermal bridges and a uniform rendering substrate.
