Knauf CW stud 100x50x0.6 mm
Metal profiles for dry constructionDescription
The widest standard Knauf stud — 100 mm wide, for the tallest walls and the most demanding requirements for sound insulation, fire resistance and the routing of electrical and mechanical installations. In accordance with EN 14195 & DIN 18182. Paired with the UW 100 track.
Knauf CW 100 studs are the vertical load-bearing elements for wide-span walls: the 100 mm width provides the greatest permissible heights, ample space for insulation and pipework (installation walls), and top-class sound insulation and fire resistance performance. Cables are routed through the factory-drilled holes (circular/H).
Correct use & selection:
CW 100 → UW 100 (pair of the same width).
Single or double (H): for very high or load-bearing walls.
Width: 50 (standard) · 75 (tall/sound-insulating) · 100 (maximum requirements & installation walls).
0.6 mm (DIN 18182) — professional standard.
