Waterproofing, insulation, dry construction, flooring and geosynthetics — with technical data sheets, solutions by application and a quote for every project.
Find a solution for each part of the building.

In dry construction, the board rarely fails. It is the system that fails: studs at the wrong spacing, a joint without tape, a pipe penetration left open in a fire-rated wall. The result becomes apparent later, as a crack in the joint, sound transmission or invalid certification. This is why fire resistance and sound insulation performance apply to the entire cross-section that has been tested: the type and number of boards, the profile, the screws, the insulating core and the joint materials. Changing a single component alters the performance. And each location requires its own specific board: plasterboard for interior fittings, moisture-resistant or glass-mat board for wet areas, and cement board for external cladding. Trade supply with technical support: structural panels, support prof...

The quality of insulation is only really judged years after the project has been handed over: in the heating bill, in the mould in a corner, in the noise from next door. On paper, all products look the same: a thermal conductivity value and a thickness. On site, performance is compromised where the building envelope is disrupted or the material absorbs water. That is why the choice depends on the application: XPS where there is water and load, stone wool where fire safety and breathability are key, and EPS for efficient external wall insulation. Furthermore, the external wall insulation composite system (ETICS) is certified as a system, not as a single panel: the adhesive, anchors, reinforcement and render all work together. Trade supply with technical support: complete thermal insulatio...

Waterproofing is a ‘yes or no’ proposition: there is no such thing as a partially waterproof flat roof. And the material almost never fails. It is the detail that fails: the joint, the primer that didn’t match the substrate, the membrane cut to 5 centimetres instead of 10. That is why the choice starts with the substrate and the location, not with the roll: bituminous membrane where a blowtorch is permitted, self-adhesive or liquid-applied membrane where it is not, synthetic on large or exposed flat roofs, and cementitious mortar where water is pressing from the negative side. Primer, membrane and accessories must function as a single system. Trade supply with technical support: bituminous, synthetic and liquid-applied membranes, cementitious mortars and joint sealants, with a declaratio...

Geosynthetics are never visible once the project has been handed over, and that is precisely why they must not fail. A geotextile that clogs up or a dimpled drainage membrane that does not allow filtration allows water to put pressure on the waterproofing, and damage occurs in places that can no longer be easily repaired. That is why the selection process begins with the function required by the design, not with weight or price: separation, filtration, drainage, waterproofing, protection or soil reinforcement in accordance with EN ISO 10318. Each layer of the cross-section serves one of these functions, and omitting one compromises all the others. Trade supply with technical support: geotextiles, dimpled drainage membranes, geogrids, geomembranes and root-resistant membranes, with a decl...

A commercial floor rarely fails because of the covering. It fails because of whatever lies beneath: moisture in the screed, irregularities that ‘show through’ to the surface, adhesive that is unsuitable for the substrate. The result becomes apparent months later, in the form of blistering, raised joints or premature wear. That is why the choice hinges on two factors: the intended use of the space and the preparation of the substrate. Vinyl or linoleum, where hygiene and maintenance are key; LVT, where aesthetics are paramount in high-traffic areas; sports flooring where shock absorption is key, and epoxy flooring where mechanical and chemical loads are present. Primer, self-levelling compound and adhesive are integral parts of the flooring, not mere accessories. Trade supply with technic...

Adhesives, sealants and mortars are usually the cheapest materials in a quotation and the first to be substituted with ‘equivalents’. Yet they are the very things that hold the rest in place: a tile coming loose on the balcony, a joint cracking after the first winter, or a concrete repair flaking off are not due to the tile or the concrete itself. That is why the choice depends on the performance class, not the name: C2 tile adhesive with S1 or S2 deformability for outdoor areas and heated floors, R3 or R4 repair mortar for load-bearing elements, and a sealant with movement capacity corresponding to the width and movement of the joint. Trade supply with technical support: tile adhesives, sealants and bonding agents, repair and structural reinforcement materials, mortar and concrete addit...
