ACCZENT EXCELLENCE GENIUS 70 | Adhesive-free loose-lay vinyl roll

Acczent Excellence Genius 70 is a heterogeneous vinyl floor covering supplied in 2 × 23 m rolls, which is laid without adhesive. It lies loosely on the subfloor and withstands the same level of foot traffic as an adhesive-fixed floor: class 34/43 according to EN ISO 10874, a wear layer of 0.70 mm and residual indentation of just 0.03 mm, suitable for wheeled furniture and heavy furniture.

As no adhesive is required, installation is quick, the space is ready for use sooner, and the flooring can be removed at a later date without damaging the subfloor. Below you will find information on when it is suitable, the technical specifications and the designs.

It is usually the adhesive that fails, not the flooring. Moisture in the subfloor leads to bulging and a wait for it to dry out. Genius gets round the problem: it isn’t glued down, so it can be laid earlier and removed cleanly when the room’s use changes.
