F-TEC F90 Fire-Rated Access Panel

Fire-rated access hatch for fire-rated walls: high-strength, press-formed Diamant plasterboard, aluminium frame and concealed mechanism. It maintains the wall’s fire resistance at the access point.

In a fire-rated wall, a standard access panel negates the fire resistance at the opening. The F-TEC F90 (class ≈EI90) with a Diamant panel, intumescent tape and self-adjusting snap mechanism maintains fire compartmentalisation.

The fire resistance rating of the door must be equal to that of the wall (e.g. EI90 wall → EI90 door). Otherwise, the opening becomes a ‘weak link’ in the event of a fire.
