FIBRANxps 400 | Flooring

Rigid, waterproof XPS board with a smooth surface on both sides and very high compressive strength (CS 400 kPa). A dense, closed-cell micro-cellular structure that remains dry in damp environments and withstands high mechanical loads without deformation.

The 400 is the answer when the 300 ‘isn’t enough’: the same water resistance and thermal performance, but CS 400 kPa and a design load of <150 kPa. It is the ideal slab for car park floors, industrial floors and intensively planted green roofs — where the weight of the substrate, vehicles or equipment requires mechanical strength without compromising insulation.
