Drainage

Description

20 mm with integrated filter — the complete green roof solution in a single installation. A drainage geosynthetic with a 20 mm thick HDPE core and a pre-bonded geotextile, which prevents fine particles from the substrate from blocking the void.

The three key figures: 20 mm thickness under a load of 2 kPa (EN ISO 9863-1), compressive strength of 150 kPa, and a flow rate of 10.00 l/m·s at 20 kPa with a hydraulic gradient of i=1 (EN ISO 12958-1). The geocomposite withstands a tensile force of 13/11 kN/m with an elongation of 50/50 per cent.

The geotextile is not merely a cover: with a pore size of 95 μm, a permeability of 90 mm/s and a CBR puncture resistance of 1,000 N, it is a fully certified filter in accordance with EN ISO — it retains fine particles so that the drainage void never becomes blocked.
