ISOFLOOR | Thermal insulation boards for underfloor heating

Expanded polystyrene (EPS)

Description

ISOFLOOR® are specialised, high-density, hard, moulded EPS panels, shaped in a mould with nodes that hold the underfloor heating pipes in place. They combine high compressive strength with excellent thermal conductivity (λD 0.034–0.035 W/(m·K)) and special edges that join the panels into a single, seamless layer without joints or thermal bridges. Complies with EN 13163, CE marked and EPD verified.

The ARGYNET View: Isofloor is not just insulation — it is the ‘mould’ for underfloor heating: it holds the pipe in place, provides downward insulation and joins seamlessly. The choice is based on two criteria: 50 mm spacing (16–18 mm pipes, denser pipework) or 75 mm (18–20 mm), and EPS class 150/200 depending on the loads. The PLUS version features a HIPS vapour barrier. The EPD-verified product provides a quantifiable environmental footprint for sustainability assessments.
