SINMAST RM 32 | High-strength epoxy protective coating

SINMAST RM 32 is a coloured, glossy, two-component, solvent-free epoxy coating, CE marked in accordance with ELOT EN 1504-2 for the protection of concrete surfaces. It is designed to withstand mechanical stress. In the impact test, it exceeds 20 Nm (Class III) and in the pull-off test, it exceeds 2.0 N/mm² under traffic loads. It also meets the requirements of the severe chemical attack test in accordance with EN 13529 against sulphuric, hydrochloric and acetic acids, caustic soda and petroleum. In 2–3 coats, it forms a 310–465 μm film that is waterproof and easy to clean.

This is the epoxy coating we recommend for floors subject to wheeled traffic: underground car parks in apartment blocks and shopping centres, warehouses with pallet trucks, logistics facilities, contractors' crews and industrial corridors. RM 22 is certified for food and drinking water. The RM 32 is certified to EN 1504-2 for mechanical and chemical resistance, which is the document required by the specifier for an industrial project. It can withstand operating temperatures down to −25 °C, making it suitable for cold stores. On ramps and in outdoor areas exposed to sunlight, it is combined with the SINMAST RM 42 polyurethane finish.
