TILT HIT – Industrial interlocking vinyl tiles with a thickness of 2.70 mm

Tarkett’s Tilt HIT (formerly iD Tilt HIT) is an interlocking vinyl tile designed for areas subject to very heavy wear: warehouses, industrial premises, supermarkets and logistics corridors. It is 6 mm thick and has a wear layer of 2.70 mm, which is almost four times that of a standard commercial LVT. It falls into categories 34 (Very Heavy) and 43 (Heavy). The 645 × 645 mm tiles click into place without adhesive on top of most existing floors, so the space remains operational and each tile can be replaced individually. The Top Clean XP surface is resistant to chemicals, and the bond strength is ≥ 100 N/50 mm.

For warehouses or industrial premises, Tilt HIT is the alternative to industrial resin when there is no time for sanding, priming and curing. It is laid over the existing floor, the area is ready for use the very same day, and the yellow and blue shades delineate aisles and work zones without the need for painting.
