GEODRAIN PLUS | Drainage pipe with geotextile

Drainage

Description

The pipe with an integrated geotextile sleeve — no separate wrapping required on site, no risk of it coming loose during backfilling. 4-layer subsoil drainage pipe, an evolution of GEODRAIN, where the filter prevents fine particles from blocking the holes.

1st layer — smooth inner surface for unimpeded water flow

2nd layer — annular outer surface providing flexibility and high mechanical strength

3rd layer — four longitudinal blue lines for colour-coding the water (NF P 98-332)

4th layer — pre-installed geotextile, 150 g/m², non-woven and needle-punched

Ring stiffness SN4 (EN ISO 9969), type R2 according to DIN 4262-1, 360° TP symmetrical perforation with an inflow area >50 cm²/m. Diameters Φ63 to Φ200 mm, supplied in rolls of 50 m (Φ63–125) and 25 m (Φ160–200).

Overview

Key Features

The geotextile (4th layer)

- 150 g/m², non-woven, needle-punched

- UV-resistant (UV stability)

- CE marking + Declaration of Performance in accordance with the Construction Products Regulation

- Installed around the perimeter at the factory using a modern bonding method

- Pore sizes dimensioned for 90 per cent of soils in Greece

- Retains fine particles and prevents internal blockages

The pipe

- Specially stabilised HDPE, free from halogens and heavy metals

- Double-walled construction — smooth internally, corrugated externally

- Ring stiffness SN4 (EN ISO 9969), type R2 (DIN 4262-1)

- 360° TP perimeter perforation, surface area >50 cm²/m

- Rodent-repellent coating on the inner wall (EP2698792)

Durability & marking

- UV resistance: 5 years

- Chemical and corrosion resistance (DIN ISO 10358)

- Four longitudinal blue lines in accordance with NF P 98-332

- Marked by engraving — not printing — so that it remains visible beneath the geotextile

- White safety rings, two protective caps per coil
