iQ OPTIMA ACOUSTIC | Acoustic homogeneous vinyl flooring

iQ Optima Acoustic is the acoustic version of Tarkett’s iQ Optima: the same 55 colours in three finishes (Original, Mono Soft, Blend), with a uniform 2 mm layer on top of an intermediate foam layer that reduces impact sound by 16 dB. With a total thickness of 3.15 mm, it falls into category 34 (Very Heavy), has a reaction to fire of Bfl-s1 and is installed on a wooden subfloor. The iQ PUR finish eliminates the need for wax: scratches can be removed by dry buffing. It is available in 1.95 m rolls.

In libraries, classrooms and waiting areas, the sound of footsteps is a nuisance within the room itself, not just on the floor below. Optima Acoustic provides 16 dB of noise reduction in the same 55 colours as the solid Optima range, ensuring a consistent colour scheme across both acoustic and non-acoustic zones.
