TAPIFLEX ESSENTIAL 50 & 65 | Acoustic heterogeneous vinyl flooring 19 dB

Tarkett’s Tapiflex Essential 50 & 65 is an acoustic, heterogeneous vinyl floor covering supplied in rolls, with a foam backing that reduces impact sound by 19 dB. It is available in two versions: 3/50, with a 0.50 mm wear layer for use in category 33, and 3/65, with a 0.65 mm wear layer for category 34. It comes in 37 designs featuring wood, concrete, stone, terrazzo and fabric textures. It can be fitted using full-adhesive installation or as a loose-lay installation with Genius Tape. The Top Clean XP surface protection facilitates cleaning without the need for wax. It is manufactured in France, with up to 30 per cent recycled content.

In schools, care homes and blocks of flats, impact noise is the most common cause of complaints. Tapiflex Essential provides a 19 dB improvement with a thickness of just 3 mm, without the need for a floating floor. With loose-lay installation, you can renovate over an existing floor, allowing the space to return to use quickly.
